Delivery
All purchases made within Australia will be delivered by Australia Post's E Parcel courier service within 1 - 3 working days from the date of purchase. All customers within Australia will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 for delivery.
All international purchases will be delivered by Australia Post's ECI international courier service within 3 - 5 working days from the date of purchase. All international customers will be charged a flat rate of AUS$40.00. Please note that Frockshop.com will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
Tracking and delivery details will be emailed to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Returns
Frockshop.com has free exchanges and returns. To exchange or return an order, please contact us within 7 days of receving your order to get an RAN (return authorisation number). You then have a further 14 days to return this for a refund or credit. A prepaid and preprinted postage label and returns instructions are dispatched with every order.
